The conditions that apply to opening an account, placing bets, and using bonuses on the 98baji platform are set out here in full detail.

1 General Rules

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the basis for operating the 98baji platform and its affiliate sites. 98baji is an online casino and sports betting service provider that operates for users in Bangladesh. 2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on the 98baji platform. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 98baji may take any necessary steps to verify a user's age at the time of registration.

2.2 Registration Requirements

At the time of registration, users must meet the following conditions:

  • Completely accurate and truthful information must be provided.
  • A valid and active mobile number and email address must be used.
  • Each individual may open only one account.
  • Operating multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
  • It is the user's responsibility to keep account information up to date.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

98baji may request identity verification from a user at any time. This may require submission of a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Management

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Passwords and login details must be kept confidential. Allowing any third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds into 98baji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

  • Keep the correct transaction number (transaction ID) when making a deposit.
  • Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
  • Using a third party's payment account may result in the deposit being cancelled.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from 98baji is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.

  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • If an active bonus is present, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing.
  • 98baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.
  • Where applicable, the user is responsible for paying any taxes or other government fees.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or deposit ৳12,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) — meaning withdrawals can be made after wagering the bonus amount 15 times. Separate wagering conditions may apply to other promotional bonuses.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Specific games may apply when playing with bonus funds.
  • If the original deposited amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds are not transferable to another account.
  • 98baji reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
  • In any dispute related to bonuses, 98baji's decision is final.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Conditions

Cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports betting and casino games are available on the 98baji platform. Once all betting transactions are finalised, they cannot be changed.

  • A bet cannot be cancelled once it is confirmed.
  • 98baji will not be held responsible if a bet is cancelled due to an internet connection loss.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, settlement will be made in accordance with 98baji's policy.
  • 98baji reserves the right to cancel a bet if incorrect odds were given due to a technical error.

6.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

When betting on all cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC events, the official result of the event will be used as the basis for settling bets. Betting limits are set by 98baji and may be changed as needed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98baji platform and may result in immediate account closure:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Providing false or misleading information.
  • Bonus abuse or manipulation of the promotional system.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
  • Attempting to hack, use malware, or carry out any technical manipulation.
  • Cheating in games, or using automation or bots.
  • Impersonating another user.
  • Betting on behalf of a third party or participating in a betting syndicate.
  • Exploiting any platform error or bug for personal gain.
Warning: Prohibited activities may result in all funds in the account being forfeited and legal action being taken.

8 Platform Liability

98baji is committed to operating a safe and reliable platform. However, 98baji will not be held liable in the following situations:

  • Internet connection problems or faults with the user's device.
  • Third-party cyberattacks or data breaches beyond 98baji's control.
  • Force majeure — natural disasters, government directives, or other unforeseen events.
  • Losses caused by the user's own negligence.

98baji uses SSL encryption and modern security technology and makes every effort to keep user data secure.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Responsible Gambling
